RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
IT IS FULLY UNDERSTOOD BY THE UNDERSIGNED THAT THERE IS SOME INHERENT RISK ASSOCIATED WITH PATICIPATING IN CLUB EVENTS, INCLUDING DAMAGE TO VEHICLES, SERIOUS INJURY OR EVEN DEATH. IN ADDITION, THE UNDERSIGNED AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS, THE NEW ENGLAND 4 WHEELERS, INC., OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, PROMOTERS, SPONSORS, AGENTS, PROPERTY OWNERS AND PARTICIPANTS OF ANY LIABILITY HE/SHE MAY INCUR. THE UNDERSIGNED AGRESS TO ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS/HER ACTIONS AND ACTIONS OF THEIR PASSENGERS WHICH COULD RESULT IN INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE WHILE PARTICIPATING IN A CLUB EVENT. FURTHERMORE, ALL CLUB MEMBERS ARE EXPECTED TO ABIDE BY THE BY-LAWS OF THE NEW ENGLAND 4 WHEELERS, INC. AS ESTABLISHED BY THE CLUB BOARD OF DIRECTORS. FAILURE TO DO SO CAN RESULT IN TERMINATION OF CLUB MEMBERSHIP.

Please read and understand the club By-Laws, Article 4, on vehicle types permitted.

ARTICLE 4 VEHICLES
Vehicle BODY width is limited to a maximum of 70". Axle width not restricted. Vehicles must be Jeep type or sport utility vehicles with a low range transfer case. Minimum tire size shall be 33". Maximum tire size is not to exceed 42". Tow hooks up front are mandatory and some type of tow hook or receiver hitch, clevis or other secure means of towing from the rear is required. A hitch ball is NOT acceptable for safe pulling of another vehicle. All non-hard top vehicles must have a roll bar. All vehicles must have seat belts for ALL occupants, which must be worn while vehicle is in motion. Vehicles not legally registered and insured must be trailered to trail head and not to run on active public rights of way (roads). Any vehicle body over 70" wide must have approval of the Board.
